The Kaweco DIA originated in 1921. The DIA was offered in many different writing modes and made of black ebonite as well as high-grade colored celluloid.
The decorative elements and proportions are the same as in the golden twenties. This treasure from the heydays of German art, culture and science was able to be preserved in its entirety until today.
The Kaweco DIA2 amber set is limited to 1,000 pieces. Each writing instrument is unique with an engraved number.
The fountain pen and the ballpoint pen always have the same number in each set.
Comes standard with a gold-plated steel nib, manufactured by Bock of Heidelberg.
Uses short or long international cartridges. Optional converters available below. Click Here For Kaweco Ink Cartridges To Fit!
Supplied in a Kaweco gift tin.

The Zen Of Fine Writing
As you likely already know... Our physical store in Biltmore Village was completely destroyed in the Flood Disaster.
We are working to recreate our brick and mortar store. Until then we are building up this online store, where you'll find either a Curated Group Of Offerings (here to the right) OR scroll downwards on our HOME PAGE where you'll find more specific shopping links being added daily. If you don't see what you're looking for, just let us know and we'll arrange getting it to you, since it's likely that we have it but it's simply not up on our site yet. Please keep checking back and you will find something new each time you do! We should have our site expanded to a completion very soon.
We have, also, set up a Go Fund Me site for donations here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/join-us-in-restoring-a-beloved-local-haven
