A tree leaf turning red in autumn is floating downstream. The changing colours of the leaf are delicately portrayed with the use of 'scattered leaf' technique applied with gold and coloured leaf.
 
The 18k gold nib is firm and resilient, and not too soft, cut to provide a perfect balance between the necessary resilience and ease of writing. Choice of medium or fine nib.
