The Lamy CP1 is an especially slender, cylindrical writing instrument with a massive, spring-action stainless steel clip. CP stands for cylindrical pen and is the second oldest still existing writing line of Lamy. The pen was designed by Gerd A. Müller, also designer of the Lamy 2000, in 1974.
The guilloche barrel is coated in a luxurious platinum finish. Comes standard with Z55 nib made from 14 Kt gold with rhodium plating. Optional Z57 nib made from 14 Kt gold with black plating also available.
