Genuine Leather Journal With Tie
 
This Medieval style Journal was handmade in Rome using voluptuous genuine cowhide leather, vegetable-dyed to a beautiful cognac color, with a matching wrap-around leather lace.  The marbleized Red Edged Pages is an example of paper marbling, a method of aqueous surface design which can produce pattterns. This artistic technique dates back to 15th century Italy.
